	<td colspan="3">INT. INTERNATIONAL CREATIVE ARTISTS OFFICE - DAY
<br><br>
HELENE GOLDNADEL a screenwriter and a producer, president of <a href="http://www.nouveleco.com">International Creative Artists</a> is sitting at her desk in front of one of ICA's graduates, the talented 20 year old CHARLENE MEYERS. Helene is speaking about the growing necessity for actors to get involved in other aspects of the industry.

                       <div align="center">HELENE GOLDNADEL<br>
                        (Smiling)<br></div>
              	 <div align="left" style="margin-left: 300px; margin-right: 300px;">Versatility is the key to success…
                 My dear child you can be the best actor in the world. De Niro, Glenn Close without a good script would be unknown.</div>
<br><br>
                         <div align="center">CHARLENE MEYERS<br></div>
                 <div align="left" style="margin-left: 300px; margin-right: 300px;">Is that why you chose to format this conversation like a screenplay for new writers to understand the necessity of proper formatting while writing for film or TV.</div>
<br>
<br>
                         <div align="center">HELENE GOLDNADEL<br></div>
                  <div align="left" style="margin-left: 300px; margin-right: 300px;">Indeed, writing for a sitcom or an episodic drama, movie of the week on TV, etc... That is yet a different format. As you know this here is for film.</div>
 <br><br>
                         <div align="center">CHARLENE MEYERS<br></div>
                <div align="left" style="margin-left: 300px; margin-right: 300px;">So what’s your advice to all of us International Creative Artists graduates?</div>
 <br><br>
                          <div align="center">HELENE GOLDNADEL<br></div>
                 <div align="left" style="margin-left: 300px; margin-right: 300px;">Act my dear! You need to be an actor. And when you watch a movie, you can't just watch a good story anymore. (She gets animated).You now know what the writer is up to! Is act two weak? Does the story work?</div>
 <br><br>

                            <div align="center">CHARLENE MEYERS<br>
                            (Facetious)</div>
                 <div align="left" style="margin-left: 300px; margin-right: 300px;">'Cause like many times, it doesn’t!</div>
 <br><br>
                            <div align="center">HELENE GOLDNADEL<br></div>
                  <div align="left" style="margin-left: 300px; margin-right: 300px;">Exactly! And it’s not always the actor's fault. A bad script cannot be saved by a good performance. Every film you watch, you should re-write it as you watch it. If you become a multi-talented talent, you act, you write, you direct, you're in great shape. (She glances at her watch) It's time, 7PM. </div>

 <br><br>
She walks Charlene to the door.
 <br><br>
                           <div align="center"> CHARLENE MEYERS<br></div>
                   <div align="left" style="margin-left: 300px; margin-right: 300px;">Thanks Helene!</div>
                             <br><br>
                            <div align="center">HELENE GOLDNADEL<br></div>
                          <div align="left" style="margin-left: 300px; margin-right: 300px;">Don't mention it! Have a great class. Magdalena Zielinska of "Two And A Half Man" will be in with you tonight.</div>

 <br><br>
Charlene exits, Helene closes the door.
